1、 凈化塔廠家的主機傳動設備、分析機油池、提升機渦輪箱及鼓風機均用油光滑。聚丙烯尾氣吸收塔結構方式主要能夠分為單塔體和雙塔體，選用圓形塔體，用法蘭分段聯接而成。新機使用時機器的滾動部分及齒輪等跑合中，會有一定量的鐵屑顆粒落下，為不使機器過快磨損，應在開機一星期后換油一次，以后即可按光滑表的期限換油。

2、每次換油時，應將舊油放干之后應用火油或菜油清洗內部，洗凈后把油放干，再注入新光滑油。同時，要注意(attention)聚丙烯吸收塔油位的凹凸，主機傳動箱已油標的中線為油位，分析(Analyse)機油池，提升機渦輪箱的油為不要高于油標的一半，鼓風機（Blower）的油面應在油針的兩刻線之間。油過少則機器光滑不足，過多則添加功率耗費，機器易過熱，還可能漏油。

3、主機傳動設備和分析機油（oil）池的上軸(Shaft)承(bearing)是靠裝于其內部的螺旋油泵(Deep well pump)供油光滑的，它們的旋轉方向不能搞錯，轉向反了油泵不起作用（role），軸承無油。聚丙烯尾氣吸收塔吸收塔由貯液箱、塔體、進風口、噴淋層、填料層、旋流除霧層、出風錐帽、觀檢孔等組成。聚丙烯尾氣吸收塔具有凈化功率高、耐磨蝕性能***、重量輕、設備修理便利、比強度高、外觀漂亮、占地面積小、尾氣處理量***等長處。加注光滑油(Lubricating oil)前，應將油過濾，黃油(Butter)嘴要擦凈，避免加油時泥沙帶入。磨輥設備的工作條件***別惡劣，應保證其軸承光滑，并應定期清洗 填料凈化塔。
